Hello,

While starting the quest "Road to the Marsh" for Ursula, I never got the Diagram for the Composite Steel Beam (or missed it with a full inventory and it disapeared since...)

I tried retalking to her, quitting and reloading (but since many days have passed so I had not much hope), the Resaerch Center, but I neved find it again... And the quest can't be abandonned the restarted.

Do you know if there is a way to get the diagram back? Or if I must a save editor/trainer somewhere that may unlock it for me? I am at more that 100h game and do not really want to restart it if possible because of that... Is there any solution?
