It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

midihex: I bought 2 movies yesterday morning and as of yet am unable to download or stream them, If I try and manually download them I get a 403 error (chrome, IE11) If I try and use the downloader app (newly installed) it just crashes. If I try and "start watching now" it just redirects me back to the movies purchase page.
It's almost like it doesn't think I own them.
Had the emails to say I do though.
Tested on 2 different machines & one virtual clean install of Win7,
I made support tickets yesterday but nothing back yet. Anything else I could try do you think? cheers.
