Hello good people. I have just completed one of those Track The Bandits quest, but in my stupidity I can't remember which Guild Master gave me the job, and now the log just says "go to the guild master for the reward", without telling me where to go!
Is there a way to find out which city to go to?
Thanks everybody!

(You mean "Hunt Down Troublesome Bandits", don't you?)

Which version of the game do you have? Are you talking about original M&B v1.011?

In original, you can open your "<span class="bold">Quests</span>" tab, find the quest and open it. It should look like <span class="bold">this</span> before destroying the bandits and like <span class="bold">this</span> after succeeding (not completing!) the quest, so, as you can see, the city is specified there. If you have another version, which one then?
Hey helpo1, thanks for your reply.
I'm playing M&B:Warband, the latest version available on GOG. The quest was 'Track Down Bandits', I have tracked them down, slaughtered them, and this is what my Quest Log now reads

So it's not Halmar then? Or a city very close to it?
Unless you've tried this but it didn't work due to a bug, go to Halmar and speak to the Guild Master (you'll have to walk around town until you find him, he's always in the same spot though). In Mount & Blade Warband you always have to "turn in" quests once you've finished them to get the reward(s).

.. not always for cheating as such, but at least to put guild masters and village elders into the town/village menu, so there's no need to go searching from them in town map.
Of course it was in Halmar. I was so angry i didn't even tried going there (reaching them bandits took me forever, those damned, swift b*stards...)
thank you everybody for your replies, even if it was uch a silly problem!

Don't forget to mark one of those other posts as the solution (so the thread gets marked "Solved")! =)
