I played Vanilla Warband to death and while I'm still enjoying it, I'm in the mood for some fresh content. There's an incredible amount of interesting total conversions out there, which is awesome, but my pc is very very old, and with only 3gb of ram most mods simply crash at the loading screen.
Any fellow M&B player with a hamster-powered rig can point me to the less demanding TC please? Maybe we could even compile a list if we get enough entries.
So far I've been able to run:
-Gekokujo: Japanese total conversion set in the Sangoku era. Having a blast with it, but the map is so huge I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to finish a playthrough...
-The Last Days of the Third Age. Not a LOTR fan myself, but I liked it so much that I finished the wood elves campaign. It's got some balance issues, and I would go as far as to say that some factions are utterly broken, but it's still the most fun TC I've played so far.
- Brytenwalda Repolished: haven't played it for long as I really couldn't get into it, but it seemed stable enough.
What I couldn't run:
-Bellum Imperii
-L'Aigle
-Nova Aetas
