I bought tree mount and blade warband in different accounts.
Serial numbers are the same and i cant play multiplayer.

What can i do ?

gog? I think there was a link where you download the games. I had to do it once so it was sometime back in 2015 I think.

Your unique serial numbers should be accessible in your game library (at least when logged in using a web-browser; Galaxy may be different).
