Don't want to start a flame, so please no hard feelings, but I interested only in good solo play and for that you need a solid story. So the question - is there a story campaign in the game right now or it's just a sand-box mode right now and I should wait longer?

From what I have read it is just like the Viking Conquest with two modes. One is a pure sandbox without objectives and the other is a sandbox with an objective to collect three peace's of the banner in order to create a banner, so you can start own faction.
