Hey,
I enjoy playing Mount & Blade: Warband very much, but there are a few things that annoy me. I know the game just is somewhat buggy, but maybe someone can help me out, I'd appreciate it.
Sometimes, most commonly when moving horizontally, my cursor begins to flicker. This happens everywhere the cursor is visible from time to time, but not in set intervals. It can be just one short flicker and then back to normal, or a serious flickering over a few seconds. It doesn't affect the cursor's function in any way, but it is distracting.
Secondly, sometimes the sound begins to crack. This happens when selecting an item in the trading menu or inventory sometimes, it sounds as if the sound that is played when selecting an item is played twice. And then there is combat, where the soldiers start their war cries or screams, and they start crackling too.
I hope it is somewhat clear what I mean. I've searched for these issues and solutions online, and found others with similar problems (mostly old threads from 2010 on), but no help.
Is this just something I have to deal with, or is there a fix I couldn't find?
Thanks.
