In Warband, once you stipped a kingdom of its cities and castles, it went away and its vassals joined up with other kingdoms. Does that not happen anymore? 'Cause I'm down to my last real opponent, but everyone else is still nipping at my villages from time to time -- even though they don't have a power-base or a source of income...
