I used this glide wrapper and it actually works. I installed it and took the file (4) and put them in my Motoracer install directory, then dragged MotoRacer.exe onto the configuration.exe tool and Put -3DFX only in the manual setting and for once I got 3d that worked. Although I have yet to play the game it started wonderfully.

Moto Racer does not have a 3DFX mode; it supports 3DFX cards through DirectX (details here).

The different result with the specified launching method will be due to the different launch parameters (which can be set with GOG's launcher).
