I've seen on youtube that a good ending (along with a ninth chapter, it seems) can be obtained but, as the video was in russian, I didn't get what has to be done in game to achieve this.

Does anyone have a hint about this ? Is it related to the achievements ?

I've read in someones Youtube comments that you get the good ending when you beat the last boss without using drugs. I don't know if that's true because I've not played the game yet.
