Has anyone managed to succesfully fight with Chameleon in Mortal Kombat Trilogy? In order to do so you have to complete the game (any tower) and then choose the second reward from the left. Doing so crashes my game with an error message - I tried twice so far and both times the result was the same. Has anyone managed to do it without the error?

Or better yet - do you know how to solve this problem?

I made a quick run through of a Novice tower to check it out for you and indeed, mine crashes too. I'm wondering if it's related to the same problem that made the Playstation version crash whenever you got to the reward screen if you were using a slim-model PS2. Although for that error, it would crash as soon as you got to the screen, rather than after choosing any particular option, but who knows, maybe it's a similar bug.

Bummer :( I assume that chances of fixing that bug are slim as GOG is concerned with creating user-friendly packages of old games, but they don't change the code of the games themselves.

I've reported this one (as well as crash with Secrets menu) & they already fixed it, just download hotfix update on game page (or via gog launcher)

Can confirm, I just played through the Novice tower again, selected the Chameleon fight and indeed, I fought Chameleon. And I double-flawlessed him using my Ninja-Low-Punch trick! Would've been sweeter if I'd succeeded in knocking him into the dead pool but I got my shoulder buttons mixed up so I just ended up kneeing him in the face.

But yeah, the Chameleon fight seems to be fixed now which I frankly wasn't expecting or at least not this soon.
