To Open The Question Mark Options: "Press and hold Up + Run + Block at the options screen until it begins to shake."

Furthermore, also from the above mentioned website, you can add the following parameter to the command line: "-f_1butt" and then when FINISH HIM appears on the screen simply press the following button for the corresponding effect,

High Punch = Brutality
Low Punch = Babality
High Kick = Fatality 1
Low Kick = Fatality 2
Block = Friendship
Run = Animality

NovaPyxis: Well if you are using GOG Galaxy, then simply go to 'Manage Installation' and then 'Configure', then select and highlight 'LAUNCH PARAMETERS', and finally you can type "-f_1butt" into the 'Argument' textbox.

Also make sure you have downloaded the latest update first.
