Hello everybody!

Anyone else with this error? I do not know what to do. The game doesn't start and pressing "Ok" just closes the warning. I fiddled with the options in the DirectX configurator that came with the game and nothing worked.

I'm running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit with i5 2.67GHz, 4GB DDR3 and Intel HD Graphics. Despite being a low performance Laptop, it meets the recommended requirements.

Thanks in advance!

Oops... Now that I've seen the warning: "
Integrated graphics cards are not supported" Maybe that's the problem, although it's very strange that an old 2D game like this doesn't run on Integrated Graphics. Anyway... It is a pity.

This also irritated and worried me, because I only saw the warning after buying it. But in the end, it works on both my Laptops, both with integrated graphic cards. The one I'm writing this post from is an HP Laptop with Intel HD Graphics, most likely a similar chip your system is using. When I booted the game up on the HP Laptop (the other one is an Acer Laptop with a combination of NVIDIA and Intel chips) for the first time I had a rare stutter in the game for a few times, but after an hour of playtime it did not occur again. It also worked without any problems on the Acer Laptop.

Yeah, it's clearly not your Hardware at fault here. What error message do you get? Unfortunately, there aren't many options available to tweak something ;/
unrelated to DirectPlay I assume?

It's not an error message, it's a warning with some information I don't know what it is, I've attached an image of the warning in the main post.

As far as I know, DirectPlay is associated with Windows 10, correct? I use Windows 7 and have the latest version of DirectX9 installed. I believe that the problem is not on my side, anyway, I'm going to reinstall DirectX9.

Thanks for the help guys!
Well, i ran the DirectX9 installer and the installer said I already have the latest version installed. Honestly, I don't know why the hell this game won't start, it just doesn't make sense! All my GOG games work normally, I've never had any problems, unfortunately this is being the first time that a game that has everything to work and doesn't work.
If anyone faces the same problem I faced, try this:

The MS-DOS version works like a charm! =D

The game won't start for me either. The community patch edition works great, but this one just won't run.
I'm experiencing no problems at all with any other gog game.

Everything indicates that we are the only ones with this problem. Everyone else is playing the GOG version without any problems. And it all doesn't make any sense! Well, it's not a problem on our devices. This must be a bug specific to some GOG installers, which might break something during installation.

Apparently so... It's funny, because I used to have the same problem with Pacific Assault and then one day, it just worked. I don't know what's going on there.
Ironically enough, the community patch edition of Mortal Kombat Trilogy works without any problems!
Need help getting trilogy going... the main menu opens; however, you are unable to access any of the menus. I click start, etc. nothing opens.

Is there a discord server for help?
