mk4 cd retail dos has redbook audio as music. music streamed off cd tracks. how is this gog version handling that? did they make it so you do have music whilst playing. (ie: properly) or the music is only a "bonus" in directory as mp3 or such and there is no music during actual play.

got the game just now, but won't download/install yet.. many of you have/will...

The music plays when you play like it should. Just like it did back in the day if you had the cd inserted.
