Question Mark Menu:
Press HP, LP, LK, HK, block, block, run, run, block, block when the introduction is being displayed. You will hear someone say ''You will never win'' if you entered the code correctly. Now hit up when the Mortal Kombat 3 logo is displayed to bring up the question mark menu.
Hey guys, the above is from Gamefaqs to get to the cheat menu in MK3 on PC. I've only ever played console ports of this as a kid, and this code doesn't work for me. As soon as i press anything during the intro it skips to character select. Any ideas?
