When i use my XBOX one Controller i always have a drift Problem.. Any Solution for it

First, test your controller to see if it's a hardware issue. These are the sites I use, but if you want to use others just Google them:

If it's a hardware issue, check to see if the warranty is still valid and contact Microsoft if it is. If it isn't...you're kinda screwed...unless you can replace the controller's potentiometer yourself.

Sticking it to Microsoft and buying a controller from another company is pointless. All modern controllers drift because they all get their potentiometers from the same company. You will develop stick drift with every controller eventually. You'll have to phone a repair place and ask if they repair xbox controllers. If that's not an option you'll have to buy another controller.
