I realize that this game uses permadeath, but is there a way to save your progress if you have to leave mid-game but while you're still alive? At the moment, it appears that once you start a game, you have to play it out in one session until you win or die.

On a side note: I'm surprised this game doesn't have more of a following. It's slightly rough around the edges, but has gobs of atmosphere and moments of genuine terror.

I think the lack of a save feature is a plus for this title. Besides, if you were literally in the situation, you can't save in real life.

I've seen tons of YouTuber's playing it, and the unedited runs are usually the best in my opinion. I even have a huge playlist of various playthroughs I've enjoyed watching, including Markiplier, RedWulfGamer, Avaris Paradox, and several others.
