Go to the
\The Curse of Monkey Island\scummvm

Folder. Rightclick the scummvm.exe file. In the properties, choose compatibility and activate the "execute in 640x480 resolution.

Filter for better Quality:

in the Game, press F5.
Choose the Option "Back to Game List"
Then Choose "Options"
Go to "GFX" and choose HQ3x under Graphic Mode.
