It's 32 bit game and refuses to install, how do you install a 32bit game on 64bit?
And does it work with other games too?

Are you talking about Escape from Monkey island?

Most 32bit software is compatible with 64bit architecture and operating systems (in this case Windows).
If it makes you feel better, I have it installed - through GOG Galaxy - on Windows 10 64bit, though I'm sure offline installers would work too.

I'm not sure about your question regarding whether it works with other games, there are no technical inter-dependencies between any installments in the original LucasArts/Lucasfilm Monkey Island™ games. They're all standalone.

I have the disc version but it won't install because I'm running 64bit, but I have like probably 30 other games with the same situation where they just won't install because they're in 32bit

If you want to use your original install mediums, I would suggest using Escape from Monkey Island Setup.
And for good measure using Escape from Monkey Island Launcher for using a more modern resolution.
The Site has even more nifty Utilities for other Lucas Arts Games.
