I just installed this and noticed a separate MSFC_201026_GOG.zip inside the installed folder. The zip contents appear identical to the installed copies of MSFC.exe and MSFC.data, so I guess it's just how the games were provided to GOG in the first place?

The game runs fine with them deleted, so I suppose they should just be excluded from the install if there is a later version.
