I wanted to finish my MM collection after getting 1-6, so i did some research to look for the best online places to order 7 and 8. I recommend not getting MM7 on amazon because the prices are quite steep. Plus the platinum collection on amazon is being sold for some outrageous prices, so your best bet is to buy each game individually. Go to half.com to get MM7. Decent low prices there for it there. I just got mine in the mail today; it is used and it cost me around $20 USD. However for MM8, amazon.com is the place to go. I picked up a brand new, favtory sealed one for just $10 USD. Happy hunting. Oh and I didn't mention MM9 because I am not interested in owning it at all. You would have to do your own searching for that one. Good luck.

Are you using Vista, and did you manage to get Might and Magic VII working? If so, I'd love to hear how. I miss this game so much. D:

Thanks for the info - I have struggled with 7 8 9 for some time with vista.

I was able to get it working by running it in compatability mode, Windows ME/2000 I think. Not XP or the lower ones. Right click on the game icon and scroll down to properties. Turning was a little jumpy but it worked perfectly.
