I don't know if I'm retarded or this is a bug but I can't leave the academy from the door I entered it from, are there any cheat or teleportation codes or something you can use to get out of being stuck?

EDIT: definitely a bug, when I pick up the book of rules I cannot cast spells afterwards and all the npcs stop attacking me as well as losing the ability to do damage or trigger traps.
