I don't own a Steam Deck and I can't help you, but I suggest you to state which game of the series you are talking about.

ima go out on a limb here and say no, now if someone actually worked on making it compatible it absolutely should but the game ain't built for consoles so the controls wouldn't work.

I can confirm that MM7 works well on Steam Deck, but you need to install it using Heroic launcher, apply GrayFace patch and use the specific version of Wine: Wine-7.0-GE-5-LoL. Now I am yet to leave the first island but for now everything seems to be working perfectly.
