I have tried F4, F11, Alt+Enter, adding -window, adding +wondowed 1, literally nothing I am trying is working. Please help!

Ok so after all the compatibility changes AND the grayface patch nothing seems to be different.
Before theGrayface patch I just did all the compatibility disable scaling and color mode to 16 bit I ended up with an even smaller window in the middle of my desktop like a 256x256 window.
The default seems to be something like that same 256x256 or maybe it's 512x512 idk but of course with the border icons and portraits etc etc. and stretched full screen.
My goal is to get the game to stretch to my full desktop 1080p and to not have the portraits and icons as I only want the game screen.
