I wanted to play MM1. Creating characters is really satisfying and I rolled my stats for long. But now I can't set up the party in "view all characters". I read manual carefully and I know that I should press Ctrl and the key letter and @ should appear next to the character. But it doesn't! What should I do?

I don't have the game so i'm not quite sure if i understand what you mean.

You don't form your party in the view all characters menu. What you need to do is "go to town" option and choose town 1 as this is where all new characters start. You will then see a list of all the characters in that town. Now you can form your party by holding control and pressing the key next the the characters name.

By the way, also one problem I have with MM1 and 2.
Each time you hit some enemy or some enemy hit you, the text that explains dthe damage you take or do, etc... only show in scren for 0,01 seconds so I dont have time to read it :S
And I can not play without this kind of information.....

Thanks, I created my team of powerful heroes and I gave up after first fight. I'm now scared of white walls of brick and green gremlins:D
