Trying to learn fireball, sorc is lvl 5 in fire which should be expert. she won't learn fireball from book.
What's up with that?

So have you put 4 points of skill put into Fire Magic and have you found an expert teacher and paid them the $1000 to actually become an Expert?

If not then that is why you can't learn the spell.

i just bumped into a fire expert trainer and realized. yes i forgot you have to talk to a trainer to get expert. yay
