When walking on Tatalia's dock towards the ship, MM7 crashes to desktop. This is on Windows 10, with the GrayFace patch installed.

This is the second mention recently of a Tatalia crash, that was never mentioned before. Looks like either a recent Windows update changed something or a recent GOG update changed something.

There is a new installer which according to changelog added cloud-save support and fixed the game asking for CD. I have an old 2015 installer.

If you post your save game, I'd be happy to test it on my machine (Windows 7) with my version of the game. See if it crashes too.

Which installer are you using? Are you using Galaxy?

No Galaxy. I'm using the plain installer: "setup_might_and_magic_7_1.1_(hotfix)_(10933).exe".

So far everything else is fine. I arrived to Tatalia by horse, and I'm able to walk around elsewhere in Tatalia. This crash is just preventing me from using the boat for travel. Currently Quixote is following my party. No Beacon is in place.

How would I post my save file? The forum only allows image attachments.

Just change the file extension to .png or .jpg. Or use dropbox or similar.

Had this problem myself just last night. I just had to get rid of the Greyface patch by have Gog Galaxy repair the installation. It's not too earth shattering. At least until you think you've put Tatalia behind you for good.

As I said there wasn't anything else wrong with my game (I was able to complete the game, both the good and evil quests). I just had to avoid the wharf.
