Like k... I found two bugs. I had this game way back when and had only one problem with it I couldn't fully join the light side. Now i can't even get to that point apparently. Finished the three quests for the warring countries and when i got back to my castle no messenger saying the judge is dead... and another little bug that's annoying the weapons dealers won't train me the bow skill... i know all classes can use the bow and i'd like for them to use a bow as well as other weapons... i mean i loved this game before but now it's seems really REALLY buggy and to be honest i'm wondering if there's a money back policy on gog.com waited forever for this game to come here cuz i lost my disc... and now i'm just bummed out and pissed i spent all the time just to get stuck... i mean really.

The Judge dies when a certain amount of time has passed. You'll get a message when it happens, and in the meantime you can train your skills and look for treasure, maybe visit the Arena a couple of times and do some side quests. Or just rest day after day. It shouldn't take longer than a month or two.

As for the bow skill, some classes cannot train archery past Expert. Are you sure you've visited the right trainer?
Ok i'll try waiting longer but as for the bow thing... I don't get the option to get the to learn the basic skill itself... so... yea they can't use bows at all. well except for my archer but he started with it. the others can't learn it at all.
Hmm, my flighter and thief had the bow skill from the very beginning, and I made sure my cleric and sorcerer learned it as well at some point, when I had a few skill points to spare. I used the "shoot while falling back" tactic extensively. Let's see... New skills usually cost 500 coins and can be learned in shops (blacksmith, I think). And the option isn't there... Are you sure you haven't overlooked something obvious?
Not all weapon dealers teach the bow skill in MM6, if it's the same in MM7 you might just have to find the right persons to teach you, try the shops which sell many bows.

+1

According to this list, some dealers don't train any skills at all.
How I feel like an idiot... I mean really the only place I never looked for the bow skill was the Elf Capitol... wow... that's sad really. Haha so now when i go back to it... which will be in like 10 minutes i'll find that right away. Sorry about that... Oh wait this question for real though does anyone know if gog puts all the official patches on the game or do i have to do that myself? Also would you think the Unofficial or official patches would fix the screwed up sound i mean it's kinda annoying... suppose i could turn the voice off but that's no fun really.

GOG games get the last official patch.

The Grayface patch addresses some additional issues, including problems with music.

You could run MM7setup.exe and try disabling the accelerated 3d audio or select a different output.

Weapons dealers do not teach skills at all in MM6. That feature was debuted in 7, and continues into 8. 6 has guilds for skills.

in mm7 in the hall under the hill in Avlee i can't find secret wall to use fairy key I am in the right spot and have tried everywhere on the north wall according to walk thru book and it is not there.
Try improving your perception skill. You should only need one character.
