As a workaround (you need 5 Rep or more; I upvoted you), you can post links in quote tags.

if you avoid all the protocol signs and letters, I think you should be able to post links, like for example just reddit.com.

How is this a "balancing" mod?

It's basically god-mode for everyone. Everything does more damage, recovery is reduced (why?), plate gets buffed (why?), learning gets a huge buff (meaning that anyone would be an idiot for not picking it, also counteracting the "balance" idea) and you don't even need promotions to get master level in many cases.

I do like that all party members can use repair/identify as long as 1 team member has it, but apart from that, this mod is completely useless. Like I said, a simple god-mode cheat would be a lot easier and faster if you just wanna breeze through the game.
