I am currently running windows 7 and have previously installed Might and Magic Mandate of Heaven fine with no issues. I've just reinstalled it and can't for the life of me get it to launch in full screen even when I fiddle around with the settings?

If it launches in windowed mode, then you could try using Alt+Enter to switch to full screen. It might not work, but it is worth a shot.

Found out that it's the hertz of my main monitor as it launches just fine on the other one. Nothing I can do. Least it still works on my 2nd monitor though. :)

On some monitors you can change the frequency in their integrated menu.
