Any way to do this? I didn't understand that i was restricted to 2 each char and gave cartography to every char hehe. I dunno why, just dumb, but now I need to unlearn it for most everyone.

There's a guy in Middlegate who will erase a character's secondary skills. I believe his door reads "Brain Detoxification". The bad news is, he erases both skills, even if you wanted to keep one.
