This might be stupid, but how do you save the game in MM1?
Also, how do you exit, other than closing the DosBox widnow?

Hi,
For closing Might & Magic, I haven't found any other way than closing the dos window.
For your game, you have to go to the inn of a town and talk to the guy. It will bring you back to the character selection screen, means the game is saved and you can quit without any problem :)

Yeah, MM1 is quite old and back in those days you just turned your whole machine off when you were done playing. So you just close DOSBox to quit.

As FallenXcrosS said, to save you just sign in at an inn. When you start your game next time, you will need to select whichever town you saved at and you will see your characters there.
