Hello has Might and Magic IX made playable on Windows 10 yet? Last time I bought it it was unplayable and had to refund it.

its playable if you can bother making it work, that's a lot of work tho lol

I fixed some issues last time I tried, but was never able to get rid of the black screen at night issue.

Is it that bad? I mean, I've heard it's buggy and janky and generally hideous, but is it worth playing at all?

M&M 9 is an awesome fun game with no glitches when played in Windows 7. NOT so when played on Windows 10 Home version OS. It's unplayable. The game works but you must wait 20 - 30 seconds when changing between Inventory, spells, and charachter screens. Screen changes in Windows 7 were instant ! In Windows 10 Home version the game often locks up. Don't buy it if you have Windows 10.. Do buy it you have a older OS like Windows Vista or Windows 7.
