Ok so might and magic fine starts up fine and runs, but the game is always in a window at fullscreen. This chops off the top portion of the game. It also seems to be running at an incorrect resolution. Any help or thoughts on this would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem. I've tried compatibility changes and used <alt><tab> but I am still having the white strip on top with game title at the top. It seems to be running perpetually in windowed mode instead of full screen mode. Does anyone know how to fix this? Also, it takes a long time for the inventory screen & spell screens to come up.Please help. Thank you :-)

I had the same issue. I install dgVoodoo2 and it fixed the issue. However, the game doesn't seem to shut down properly when you exit the game. It exits to an icon in the taskbar and you have to use task manager to end the process.
still a worthwhile fix though.

this is also a problem on windows 10 i am also getting freezing issues when opening inventory menus or the main menu
