The quest for dark elf promotion involves using a stone to flesh scroll on Cauri Blackthorne. I used the scrolls the quest-giver gave to me, but not on Cauri. Can StF scrolls be purchased like other scrolls at a shop or am I screwed? I know the spell doesn't work.

If the scrolls cannot be purchased, is there a console command option to edit a scroll into my inventory?

Yes, more scrolls can be purchased. You'll need to keep an eye on the inventory of the higher level magic shops, and possibly do a lot of save/loading in hopes of spawning one, though. That particular kind of scroll is going to be fairly rare simply due to the amount of things that are valid for that level of magic shop's inventory.

I thought you'd have enough to rescue all the NPCs, though. Did you end up using one of the scrolls on one of your party members?
