I accidently attacked a Warlock guard in Nighon and now the town's hostile. Do they turn friendly again if I wait long enough?

Yes, after some time you reputation will switch back to normal. Make sure you check if you have any fines (check on characters' screen - Awards section), if you have any - pay those in town hall. And be sure to leave Nighon region for couple weeks of game time.

Nighon region will repopulate in 2 years, so if you will still have problems, this is maximum time that you will have to wait out. There is nothing really that important in Nighon, which could become inaccessible by having bad reputation with them anyway.

Donate some gold in temple, it will raise your reputation to 200
