Okay...i have read countless posts all saying to block the exe or turn the res down, blah blah blah. Here's my problem...i can set everything to it's lowest possible options, lowest res, Lowest textures, no anti aliasing or vsync like turn everything off and put everything on low, running with nvidia geforce 960m 4g ram and running the game doesn't even hit the halfway mark on my memory and not even 10 percent of cpu...and its still the choppiest 5fps at the most game ive ever tried to play. And thats on the main menu and i pushed through to see if it was just that but no campain is just as bad and the startup goes perfectly fine no lag at all. Now i can play dragons dogma fine, dragon age origins and inquisition, divinity original sin 2, PoE, Mass effect 1 2 and 3, TES 3 4 and 5 special edition no problem at max specs 60fps at all times, so I doubt it's graphical, and blocking the exe doesn't work either. I reeeeaaaalllly want to play this game...someone please help!
Also, i went to extras and played the trailer, lag stopped, trailer played perfectly, then back to 5-10fps...
