when i entered the palace , the game crashed so i cut off my audio and things were good.After playing a while , i saved the game and now when i come back to play i load the game and i am in the palace with audio and the game crashes
how can i load my game when everytime i enter the game the audio is playing. i cant cut it off from options because it crashes before i have time to do that. is there a way to disable audio so that i can load the file

You can try opening a save outside the palace, starting a new game if necessary, and the turning music volume off. I don't remember if the volume settings are save specific or not, so it is worth a try.

Yes, the above will work. Disable music in a different save or a new game. FX and music options are not save specific.
