It appears that the quest for Temple Gongs in Free Haven and the quest to Destroy the Book of Liches in Darkmoor are broken, as when I click on the appropriate houses, there is "nothing there." I'm running the 1.10 patch, have others encountered this?

I was able to destroy the Book of Liches and collect the reward, but I played long ago and I don't know what version I was running. I remember that quest because it sent me to Darkmoor LONG before I was ready and I didn't end up finishing it until way later.
