Hello,
During cut-scenes I constantly have stuttering, which make it impossible to watch cut-scenes properly. Strangely I have 100fps while in game. I have a 1080Ti, an i7-6700K and 16 GB or RAM.
Any idea how to fix this issue? Thanks!
