Belsirk: The answer should be yes. Those patches are from 2015.
African_wildlife: That's not certain. For modern games there's often no way for GOG to obtain the patches unless developer releases an update for the GOG version. There are many outdated games on GOG:

As pillars of eternity is in that list, I'll not give too much credit to it. Plus, that is more a problem of the companies releasing the game to GOG.

Ok, seems that Pillars is there for the absence of an upgrade (that is in a eternal "coming soon"). But again, if the companies does not release their last version to GOG there is nothing GOG can do.
If you are feeling that there is too little information about the current edition of this game on GOG portal, then don't buy the game.
