I've heard you can take sceenshots in Metro 2033 Redux by using the F12 key. I saw a rotating disc down in the left corner of the screen when I clicked on that key. But strangely I haven't found any screenshot folder that would have usually been created automatically after the first screenshot was taken (like in other games).

There's nothing in the "documents/4a Games" + in the gog folder (C:GoG Games). Has someone an idea where to look for them? Or does F12 only work in the steam version of the game (if yes, how do I take screenshots)?

Works for me... to get to the folder, click on the "more" tab on the game page in your library on Galaxy, then on "manage installation" (or something similar, I have the italian language set up) and you should see a "show screenshots folder".
Anyway, when I press F12 in game I get a confirmation message that the screenshot has been taken, no rotating discs. Those are for autosave.
