There are pictures from Metro 2033 in the store page but nowhere in the description is stated that the remastered version of 2033 is included.
This is the complete pack with both games or is only the remastered version of Last Light?

Towards the end of the video, the "review" bits state that it "combines two great games into one package". Still not sure though.

Anyone who has purchased this knows for sure?

There is Metro Redux bundle available which includes Metro 2033 Redux and Last Light redux. But in the end they are two separate games.

How come GOG got the right to sell Last Light and not 2033? Can we expect 2033 to be available on GOG in the near future?

I LOVED Metro 2033 [non-redux]. I have both non-redux versions on Steam. Now, don't get me wrong LL is a great game on its own but, I won't buy it on it's own just to have a DRM-free copy. I was waiting for 2033 Redux to go on sale somewhere then I was going to buy it and pass on LL Redux because there are virtually no changes to it over the the original.

However...

GOG, if you bring 2033 Redux to the store as well, I will buy them both right there on the spot. I just don't have a need to only own LL Redux.

But either way this great news for GOG. These are 5 big games being added to the store. Saint's Row and Darksiders don't really surprise me too much, but LL Redux sure did. Don't stop with LL, PLEASE BRING 2033 REDUX as well!

I thought Deepsilver acquired the rights to the Metro IP along with Saints Row and Darksiders when THQ when bankrupt.

I have a good feeling we will see 2033 Redux at some point this summer.

Please add "Metro 2033" also and the Linux-versions. :-)

I'd also like to see 2033 Redux added to GOG, or at least an explanation as to why it's not a part of these releases. Seems strange to put the sequel up on GOG, but not its predecessor.

I'd assume we'll eventually see Metro 2033 Redux show up here for 24.99 like Metro Last Light. (It is strange that 2033 Redux isn't the first game here, but oh well...)

Here's my theory why.

Because Last Light Redux isn't selling well on Steam due to the differences between the original Last Light and the Redux version are minimal and just not seen as being worth the ticket price.

Whereas the differences between the 2033 Redux and the original are significant so people think it's worth the price and it is selling well on Steam.
