It stopped working after death in spider cave. Now I'm in Novosibirsk and the flashlight charger doesn't work. There is even no animation of charging, just holding the charger in hands with 0 charge. I found that this is definitely a bug, as there are a lot of people on reddit with this problem.

UPD. This bug can disappear next time you use it with electrical panel.
