This secret GOG Achievement is broken in this game. What is supposed to happen is when the player fails and immediately retries the stage 10 times in a row, this achievement is suppose to unlock, but sadly it does not work at all. I have t tired various failure methods for about an hour now in between my 100% save and starting from a brand new save file (even wiping out the game's save folder in the installation directory), and it never unlocked. Steam and console players are also sadly affected by this bug and even worse is that General Arcade has abandoned supporting Metal Wolf Chaos XD on all platforms after their last v1.03/1.04 patch was pushed for PC and console versions.
