I've heard they released the Steam preorder skin for everyone on that platform, did I hear right or is it just a rumor ?

If it is true, wouldn't it be fair to release the gog for everyone in here as well ?

It was some weird slip-up when the pre-order skin was released on Steam but it was quickly put back as pre-order only.
