should i wait before i buy metal gear solid 1&2 because i have an xbox controller and since u cant bind the triggers (or at least not properly) and i dont want to use any fan fixes or stuff if they are allready pre insalled on the gog version no problem but otherwise i wont download a additional 3rd party patch im too lazy for that. also how long do u think will it take before gog releases an update/fix? many thanks

Yes wait for an official GOG fix (if they actually do this) because the only game that fully supports your Xbox Controller is MGS2 but only if you install the MGS2 V's Fix fan patch that you can find on Github.

Fingers crossed GOG are working hard to find a way to implement Xinput controllers.
