Hello, my apologies if this is the wrong place or method for posting such a question -- however, I wanted to ask about my recent purchase, Metal Gear Solid.

Even when I go into Direct X Settings within the launcher and tell the game to run in fullscreen, it refuses, and always opens in windowed mode. I cannot get the game to go fullscreen with alt+enter, either. And I am not finding very much information about this after frequenting google.
