Very good!
But this is a pretty well made port of PS1 original. Played it way back then. Very faithful and not too bad. I guess only thing that would suck is if you dont have a joystick to fight Psychomantis, otherwise you may be screwed! But i am unsure how i beat him back then? Probably some other trick of beating him too! But MGS1 on PC is first version i experienced MGS1 back then, being a huge fan of MGS2 on PS2
