Since most of my games are on steam I added the 3 as non steam games. MG1 and MGS2 respond to the controller inputs when I launch through Steam and GOG Galaxy. Now for whatever reason, MGSi and VR won't respond to the controller when I launch through Steam but the games WILL respond when I launch them through GOG Galaxy. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't seem to make a difference. OBVIOUSLY I can just launch them through GOG and move on, but I do like to use Big Picture and now that there is proper controller support, it makes it all the more viable.

Anyone else run into this issue?
